i'm new ios development, i've been asked write automated tests iphone app on physical device using appium. read need ios developer license this, asked company 1 , added me itunes connect. mean have developer license?

when log ios dev center it's asking if want join ios developer program , can't see place create provisioning profile, i'm thinking still need license.
